looks like It was taken from the animated movie metropolis... add more detail to give a timeline (like if its very futuristic or current) .. The lighting is really good though and the perspective is spot on I would say.
looks awesome man. I can't offer much crit since I don't work in photoshop much. the only small suggestion I could make is to sharpen it up a notch so it doesn't get too murky.
